Overview
Most concrete does not fail because of the concrete. It fails because of what is underneath it or how water moves across it. Replacing a slab without fixing that gets you the same result a few years later.
We remove the failing concrete, correct the base and grading, and rebuild it properly. Demolition, haul-off and disposal are part of the estimate.

Sub-grade repaired, stone added and compacted, drainage corrected.

Pour and restore
New concrete poured and finished, disturbed areas cleaned up.

- Can you resurface instead of replacing?
- Resurfacing only makes sense on a structurally sound slab. If the base has failed, resurfacing hides the problem temporarily.
- How much damage does removal do to my yard?
- We plan equipment access ahead of time and clean up afterward. We will show you the route during the estimate.
- Do you haul the old concrete away?
- Yes, it is included.
